This is coaching and therapy that meets you where you are… and walks with you where you’re meant to go.

What To Expect

Each session is a spacious 60-minute conversation tailored to you. I don’t use surface-level tools. Instead, I draw on years of experience as an Emotional Wellness Therapist, Master NLP Practitioner, and someone who knows what it’s like to rebuild from the inside out.

Together, we explore what’s really going on, beneath the patterns, the people-pleasing, the overthinking and begin the process of untangling what’s no longer yours to carry.

My work helps you gently dissolve the beliefs and behaviours that were formed in response to pain… and are no longer serving you. We’ll uncover what’s underneath the anxiety, the numbness, the people-pleasing – and support you to step into who you were before you learned you had to be someone else.

Accountability with Heart

I don’t push my clients and I certainly don’t tell them what they need or what they should do.  My role is to help you stay connected to the future you’re creating, and support you to take the small, consistent steps that lead to real change.

My work draws on decades of study and lived experience, integrating:

– Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to gently rewire deep patterns of thought and behaviour
– The Enneagram as a powerful map of personality, ego, and soul
– Nervous system care, informed by the latest insights in trauma recovery and emotional regulation
– And the timeless wisdom of teachers like Louise Hay, Gabor Maté, Joseph Campbell, and Alan Watts, whose work brings metaphor, meaning, and myth into healing

This work is not about surface-level change.
It’s a return to the self you were always meant to be – before you learned various coping strategies.
